horrible stay

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The hotel is very old and run-down. The noise from the air conditioning units on each floor was very loud and annoying. The air conditioners inside the rooms were also noisy and had poor cooling. The sanitary facilities and bathrooms were very outdated and most of their tools were broken. The hotel needs urgent renovation. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent.

Family-friendly hotel with excellent service

The location in Sentul City was known by all the taxi drivers, probably because of the Harris brand name itself. However, besides a KFC and Ah Poong Food Court (both within walking distance), there was limited food choices. We often took a 6USD cab ride to Bogor City where there were more food and shopping options. As a family-friendly hotel, I loved the orange theme but the walls were too thin and I could often hear children running about the corridor or next door. With the jazz lounge by the pool, you would be able to hear it even from your room ( I lived on level 4). If this doesn't bother you, the hotel is worth a visit! Thumbs up for the great front desk service which helped us call for taxis and gave precise directions to the driver (because we could not speak Bahasa). Note that if you are arriving from Jakarta airport, the taxi ride will be about 350,000 IDR (with minimal jam) and if you are coming from Bogor city/train station, it should be about 60,000 IDR (with minimal jam). Drivers will often quote you more so do insist that you would like to go by the metre! In the case of traffic congestion, the fares might rise indefinitely, so you can take the risk and accept their quoted fares if you'd like!

Having fun with familly

Sangat menyenangkan, having fun with familly...Hotel yang bagus dengan kolam renang dan mainan anak2 yang komplit dan lingkungan yang sangat segar. We will stay at Hotel Harris Sentul Bogor again.

Kamar cukup besar dengan sofa yang dapat digunakan sebagai extra bed. Lokasi sangat dekat dengan Ah Poong. Kolam renang cukup besar.Secara kesuluruhan, melebihi ekspektasi saya.

Clean hotel with good staff, but kind of boring

I ended up here for two nights without having anything with the conference center. The pool was crowded and not very pleasant, the hotel was clean but not very charming, and the buffet was large but kind of boring. Don't stay here if you are not attending the SCCC conference center.

ボゴール市内から遠いものの近くにモールあり。WIFIも使えて清潔感あるホテル。ボゴール市内のホテルではビール等アルコールを入手できないが、ここでは可能。プールサイドのラウンジではバンドによる演奏、歌あり。

Dari dulu saya udah ngincer mau nginepdi harris sentul,baru dpt pas tgl 18 kmrn..saya tertarik dgn suasana di hotelnya,ditambah penataan kolam berenangnya yg eye catching..untuk harisnya over all bagus..yg saya kurang suka akses jalan ke harris cukup bikin deg2an..apalagi klo pake mbl ceper,jalananya parah sekali.kalo kesana jgn salah keluar tol,pastikan keluar tol sentul selatan,dan masuknya lewat sicc.sekian

perfect family gateaway

We loved our stay, just as much as the first time. The kids can enjoy the kid's club with various activities, swim and parents can watch them without worry, the rooms are clean and big enough for the 5 of us. Would love to come back soon.

Kid-friendly hotel

This is my second time staying at Harris Sentul and both times were a blast. The pool was designed easy to watch over my kids swimming, the Kid's Club was fun and the free bikes were awesome to take a ride around the premise. Rooms are clean and fit the 5 of us nicely. Will be back again for sure.
