"The actual property itself was ok not particularly comfortable for a family of four.The area is quiet though but steep as yiu can expect in Cornwall. There was no welcome pack and communication was non existent and therefore rating the whoke experience terrible. "

"We have just spent May bank holiday at Grooms cottage-wow what a place. We took our two dogs with us. One is just 14 weeks old, we needed the break after breeding puppies earlier this year.The cottage was safe and secure, just like it said.The property is set in a rural location however you are just a 30 minute… give or take a few drive away from main attractions.This was more beautiful, relaxing than we could have imagined.We hope they will allow us back.Thank you so much, just what we needed."

"This property is amazing. Not only is it furnished beautifully. It's comfortable, well equipped and very spacious. The host Michael had sent me a very informative email before our stay and then sent a check-in email during our stay. The park itself is quiet and the lodges aren't on top of each other. The location is so ideal to get anywhere in Cornwall. We will define book lodge 22."

"Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Very relaxing and tranquil. My only complaint would be how uncomfortable the bed was. New mattresses are definitely needed as felt like I sleeping on springs. "Great location for exploring the area which is so beautiful and varied. Sad the hotel is currently closed. Nice grounds, great outdoor unheated pool. Our lodge was spacious, cosy and clean for 6 people, if rather tired and dated , a few kitchen items down, and only had a one ring cooker. We gave various after -stay feedback to tve host about eg defunct microwave left outside tve property, . We would go again, as lots of plusses but choose a better -equipped lodge with the same company."
