We had to kill time in the area with two small children until we received the call at 4:30 which was very frustrating. Everyone was very friendly..

Willow Creek is great.

Willow Creek is great. We stayed with y’all last year. Last year was a better experience. The cabin this year wasn’t quite as “sheik” as Longview. It wasn’t bad, just not as fulfilling as last year. We will be back with Willow next year, but we won’t stay in this cabin again. We will choose another of yours. Very courteous and friendly.

Truly amazing piece of heaven

The pictures on the site definitely do not do the house justice. If at all possible, try to arrive at the property during daylight hours so you can immediately be wowed by the spectacular views of the Georgia mountain ranges. My family and I were able to wake up to an amazing view the day after arrival since we arrived later in the evening. The weather was not friendly, but even watching the rain clouds swoop over the mountains was an amazing experience that all of us enjoyed. You can enjoy the views from the comfort of the spacious living room, cooking in the kitchen, the outdoor hot tub, or even just relaxing on the multiple chair options on the outdoor decks. I highly recommend staying here for anyone who just needs to get away from anything and everything.

The property was amazing! Views were beautiful. My only issue was the driveway wasn’t swept or taken care of so we ran over a screw that was on the driveway (we also found a batch of nails) which punctured our tire. As you know when you’re on vacation and at the top of the mountain this is hard to deal with. I sent pictures of what was In the driveway that punctured out tire but you all never responded. I took that lack of response as “not my job” which wasn’t the best. But overall great experience.

Overall, the build quality of the home, layout, and amenities were excellent. View excellent! It would have been nice to have side tables on both sides of the bed in the master. The coffee maker needs either a good cleaning, or should be replaced. Some of the sheet pans should be replaced. A larger cutting board would be nice to have. The knives are no longer sharp. There is a bulb missing in the lamp on the chest of drawers in the master. There was something sticky on the floor between the reclining chair and the wall in the living room. The shock absorber for the screen door from the patio to deck needs to be replaced. The mountainside is starting to spill onto the driveway. All minor, and overall really an excellent experience. One major complaint: 1MB Internet? Seriously, I cannot believe it's possible to even get 1MB Internet service these days. I thought perhaps there was a problem as we could not get enough bandwidth to even do web browsing without interruption, so I called TDS and they confirmed the service paid for is limited to 1MB. Yikes! You really need to offer at least 10MB service in a home of this caliber. Despite all else being excellent, I had to drop my responses in some areas to four stars because of this issue. We would love to rent this or a similar property next year, but unless the Internet is improved, we would consider alternatives. Otherwise, thanks!

I booked this gorgeous house for my parents to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary together. The entire process couldn't have been easier. The hosts were AMAZING to work with in answering questions and easing my concerns for their stay. They loved every minute and couldn't have been happier spending this time together, enjoying the beautiful views and access to nearby activities. THANK YOU for making this SO easy and memorable for them!

Our stay in Mountain Daze was nothing short of amazing! Everything was perfect. The entire cabin was decorated in the most lovely, warm Christmas decor. The amenities were top notch. My entire family was in awe with the cabin. I will definitely be staying here again and have already recommended it to many friends and family. Donna was amazingly helpful and extremely friendly! I couldn’t have asked for a kinder, more welcoming, voice guiding us to the most relaxing vacation we’ve had. Donna was more than helpful and happy to assist us when we arrived and had to call her after hours. She is an absolutely wonderful representative of your team.

Only a couple of complaints. The upstairs bathroom had very poor water pressure if another water fixture was being used. Plus the gas grill is in a very inconvenient place along with the fire pit. Other that that the cabin was beautiful. A bit pricey but very nice. Donna and Terri were super!
