"We've stayed at this property several times while our son was a student at ISU. The hotel is clean, safe, well maintained, and very comfortable for our needs. Friendly, helpful staff have always made our stays even better. Totally recommend this hotel!"

"Major things were fine. Comfortable beds, decent breakfast spread. Bathroom was lacking. No hand soap, about 6 pumps on the shower body wash, hair in tub from prior guest. Several other minor issues that contributed to poor rating."

"When I got to my room, all it had were 3 large towels and a shower mat in the bathroom. No wash cloths, and no hand towels. I had to go down to the front desk and get them, Then there were no wash cloths. In the morning, I needed to water pick my teeth and there was no electricity going to the plugs in the bathroom. I had to floss my teeth over the ice bucket. This was very uncomfortable and unsanitary if you ask me. The front desk had it fixed by the time I returned, but the maintenance person left a mess on the bathroom floor.. They did not offer me a discount for these inconveniences. I will neverstay there again and I will not not recommend that Radisson either, For the outrageous price I paid I should not have had these issues and I should have been compensated."

"We arrived early and we were greeted a very nice gentleman. He was able to check and saw that our room was clean and ready for us. We were able to check in and relax before we went to a graduation. In the morning we just grabbed a cup of coffee from the coffee table and left. I had accidentally left my jacket in the closet. We called and spoke with a woman who was able to retrieve it and hold onto it. I had my daughter who was still nearby and she picked it up. I was very happy with the service there. "

"Front desk Peggy horrible attitude. Check out time was not til 11am the house keeper came and knocked on door and came right in our room and when had our private sign on our door and she still came on in"
