「Very nice hotel…..recommended」

「隣のパブが良い」

「We had a very comfortable stay at the wheatsheaf in Swindon, staff were friendly and welcoming, a bar that was open for drinks and places to sit and relax. Our room was comfortable although window wouldn’t stay open to let in fresh air as it was a warm day outside. Our even meal was delicious with a good choice of menu. Breakfast was also good and the service was swift. a great start to our day. All in all an enjoyable stay would revisit this hotel again in the future.」

「Booking restaurant reservations for more than six people is via an automated telephone system which isn’t managed. Very difficult to book a table. Book on line should provide a larger table capacity selection or provide an email to request a table for larger parties not the telephone system.」

「Very friendly host with lots of useful local info. Top quality delicious breakfast, comfortable bed.」

「Check in was not good. I traveled from a different country and needed wifi to get a code. I had to drive 5 miles to get to a friend to call the owners. The owners were in and out of service so they could only text. When i finally got the proper code. It was 5 flights of steep stairs. It should have been told how many flights of stairs to go with a large suitcase.」

「Colin and Lisa were superb and friendly hosts and the stay was not only comfortable and clean, but also aesthetically pleasing. The breakfasts were well prepared according to taste. We were delighted with our two nights' stay there and will hopefully return soon.」

「The staff was more than helpful, food was superb, room was cosy, because I couldn’t have breakfast they put me up a packed lunch. More than happy to stay again.」

「I was in Rm 4, a small twin with ensuite. The window opened (hood) but unfortunately, right onto the alley where the cooking fan vented. It was quite loud but did stop before bedtime. Breakfast was surprisingly included and very tasty. Did not have dinner as there was nothing small that I wanted to eat. I was later told by a customer that you could order half portions of the main menu items. I didn’t realize this and would have done so. Good drafts on tap, staff were friendly but the room...

「Don’t expect leisure access.」

「Such a lovely quiet area , the garden area on good day is great to sit out in , breakfast is really good too」

「We had a nice large room and bathroom. Spotlessly clean with a sofa. A welcoming array of tea/coffee with biscuits. Our only slight disapointment was that breakfast was a little greasy . Excellent location with great friendly staff.」

「great place, super food, wonderful selection of beer and polite and friendly staff.」

「Excelente lugar para quedarse, super tranquilo, todo casero y local. Un lugar encantador.」

「Absolutely lovely place! I’ve wanted to go here for a while for the pods with hot tubs and it did not disappoint! POD was very spacious, a super king bed was amazing! Very modern and comfortable. The hotel itself is really nice and in lovely grounds. We only had breakfast but it was also very good. We are looking forward to coming back!」

「Clean, good location, pleasant staff and overall a good stay. I am happy to recommend this hotel for a stay.」
