「For a lodge charging $500 per night for a standard king room, we expected a peaceful, relaxing experience in the Catskills. Unfortunately, our stay was the opposite. The biggest issue was the complete lack of soundproofing. Our bed was positioned directly against the wall behind the main entrance door, so every time someone entered the lodge, it sounded as if they were coming into our room. We could hear conversations, every door slamming, and virtually all the noise from the common areas. On...

「The special game room in the back yard that is screened is excellent 👌.」

「Wonderful stay in a lovely little retro cabin that’s updated just enough to be comfortable while imagining you’ve gone back in time. Our host was proactive and very helpful. She made the stay that much better. We visited in late summer. The stargazing was spectacular! And we sat outside around the fire listening to apples fall from the trees watching the wildlife (safely, from a distance!). The surrounding area had lots to explore.」

「Nice place, the grounds are beautiful. We saw deer & turkeys in the morning. Our hostess Rose is charming and gave us a tour of the whole place. WiFi was good because cell service/5g is sketchy at best in the area. Overall great place to stay!」

「It was a very nice experience and close to a lot of wonderful places.」

「Hosts were very nice and communicative and they allowed an early check in because of a snow storm. However, the cabin was very dirty. The prior guest had been staying there for two months with a dog prior to our arrival and it was not adequately cleaned. There was dog hair covering the couch. The couch and pillows smelled like dog. There were food scraps, hair and other garbage under the couch cushions when we went to use the pullout bed. The guest left personal belongings. The dishes and...

「Rose was the best to communicate with. Very simple and easy stay. They gave your fresh firewood too which was nice!」

「Beautiful Inn. Every detail was so well thought out!」

「I have nothing negative to say about my stay! The inn was clean and safe and Cinthia was very responsive and accommodating. It is a perfect location to access various hikes and other interests in the Catskills area.」

「The property was clean, but they need some communication with the guest. they should have someone to welcome the guest. We found a letter with some instructions on the from door only. We did not see no body.」

「Really enjoyed my overall experience and stay. Clean room and amenities and nice location in the Hudson Valley near a lot of hiking trails」

「Graham & Co. is unfortunately an excellent example of the inflationary nature of our experiences at present. The owners have repurposed a property that was probably in disuse, in a very basic way and is capitalizing on the beautiful surroundings of the Catskill mountains to overcharge for the accommodation. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. However, the towels were worn ( one had rust on it as did the towel hooks and various screw heads) the walls were bare, the toilet continued to...

「enjoyed our stay. breakfast was nice.」
