「Property was very clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Not a lot of room around the bed though. Quite a step down when you enter the premises which could be a hazard for some. All in all - great for a comfortable sleep which was all we had time for.」

「Cannmore is better located than those in Banff due to lower prices but better view around the town.」

「The check in-process was less than ideal, there were some issues online validating our cards which led to an off-site check in at a separate hotel (there are no staff on-site). HOWEVER. The saving grace of the experience was our experience with Morgan. She was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make sure everything got sorted out (including walking back to the hotel on three separate occasions). Give her a raise. The location was incredible and without a doubt the best value...

「Second time staying here, only complaint is the beds/pillows. 5 stars all the way around other than that」
