"The property is well maintained clean , pool and hot tub was great . But there was a bra in the room from the previous guest . Gracie was amazing . She spotted a flat tire of my vehicle when she was leaving for home and I was checking in she immediately came and informed me . Good attention to detail . Certainly trainable to take a higher level in supervisory grade . I would have appreciated a a better room as it was Sunday evening and most guest had left over the week end . Request was denied without checking the system no willingness to provide the best as possible to the customer . I am Asian and a well acquainted with the trade over years of experience and observation of human behaviour and its aesthetics & nitty gritty of customer service . These details matter . It’s all about training and hiring the right person with right attitude which is hard . Bothe receptionist were pleasant and polite and may be trainable . "

"Wonderful stay. The only small improvement would be to have better blackout blinds, as the light from outside shone in our window all night long. The hot tub was hot and clean, the condo was very clean and everything was in working order. Was only a quick one night stay, but would definitely stay longer! "
