"Clean, great smelling room! The owner is quite nice and my wife really likes the pool. Beds are firm and not too worn in. I stayed in Shawano in the summer and regret it terribly, coming to this best western is worth it to me! (25 minute drive to Shawano)"

"Check in was provided by someone remotely via a kiosk who gave me a key card for a room that was already occupied. The front doormat was a towel taped to the floor. There was mildew on the shower curtain, we had a broken coffee machine and the battery in the smoke detector in the gym needed replacing so it beeped the entire time I was working out. Even after I notified the front desk, no one bothered to change it. You definitely do not want to stay here. "
