Staff was kind, rooms were clean, view was great

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! The location is perfectly walkable, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the lounge offers free coffee all day. Rooms are spacious, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, complete with a kitchenette (microwave, fridge, kettle, stovetop, and espresso machine). I loved all the design touches throughout the space. My only suggestion would be to add safety handles/bars in the shower/tub area to make it easier and safer to step out.

As always, the photos were impressive and made the rooms appear spacious, but unfortunately, they were not. Overall, the experience was disappointing, particularly due to the air-conditioning not functioning properly. On a positive note, the location was excellent.

Great rooms with amazing balconies! Loved the cold water available in the lobby at all times! Wish the bar had little snacks at night but tons right outside the front door! Will totally be back
