Great location and stay

We enjoyed staying here for three weeks this summer. The apartment's location can't be beat- we loved staying in Kreuzberg and being so close to the U-Bahn and great restaurants. The only thing that I will mention is that the basement/bedroom of the apartment is very cold and quite damp. This was not a problem for my partner, but I struggled to sleep comfortably because of it. The bathroom needs a lot of attention to keep it dry because the basement is so damp, but again, not a deal breaker by any means. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay and a great apartment. The communication with the owners was easy and prompt. Would recommend staying here, just be sure to pack extra layers if you are prone to being cold!

Logement peu adapté à un séjour d'une semaine pour 4 adultes. Trop exigu. Manque de confort. Mauvaise évacuation des sanitaires. Forte odeur de renfermé. Ustensiles de cuisine insuffisants. Environnement calme et bien placé pour les transports en commun.

Perfekt für eine Woche

Mein Sohn und ich haben uns in dieser in einem Hinterhof gelegenen Wohnung sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war sauber, nichts hat gefehlt. Die Lage ist wunderbar, nette Cafés und Restaurants sowie der Landwehrkanal mit buntem Markttreiben in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Viertel lädt zum Entdecken ein und ist ideal für alle, die bereits in Berlin waren und Lust auf Neues haben. U-Bahn Stationen sind aber auch nicht weit entfernt, in der Stadtmitte ist man also schnell. Wir waren mit unserem Hund unterwegs. Auch hier war Berlin einfach nur easy going. Was die Wohnung angeht, sollte man jedoch wissen und eventuell bedenken, dass die Wendeltreppe zum Schlafzimmer ins Souterrain sehr eng und sehr steil ist. Unser Hund hat anstandslos oben geschlafen, ist es aber auch gewöhnt, dass er sich in Schlafräumen nicht aufhalten darf. Alles in allem wirklich empfehlenswert.

Schnuckelige kleine Ferienwohnung auf zwei Ebenen und deshalb auch gut geeignet für Familien mit unterschiedlichen Schlafrhytmen.

Die Beschreibung des Objekts ist stark geschönt: Das Mobiliar ist alt und abgenutzt, die Küchenausstattung zusammengewürfelt. 3 von 5 Deckenlampen im Erdgeschoß waren defekt, eine weitere im Badezimmer. Toilette und Badezimmer sind winzig klein. Das Handwaschbecken in der Toilette ist kaum größer als ein Eierkocher. Die Entwässerung des Gebäudes über eine Hebeanlage erzeugt merkwürdige Geräusche. Es riecht intensiv nach Kanalisation. Die Benutzung der filigranen Wendeltreppe zwischen Wohn- und Sanitärbereich erfordert Trittsicherheit und Mut. Für Mieter mit ausgeprägter Adipositas und mittelgroße Koffer ist das Untergeschoß unerreichbar. Immerhin: Das WLAN funktioniert, wenn auch nicht rasend schnell. Fazit: Die Wohnung kann nur denjenigen empfohlen werden, die gern mal ein paar Tage im Gully wohnen.

Superlage in Kreuzkölln - Superservice, sehr aufmerksam und freundlich

Beste Lage, so ist man schnell mal zum Markt am Maybachufer, schnell zu tollen Restaurants, aber mit U und S auch schnell in Berlin-Mitte.

Kleine einfache aber sehr schöne Wohnung.

die Wohnung war sehr zentral gelegen, in der Nähe waren einen Penny sowie ein Kiosk und viele Möglichkeiten um essen zu gehen. Sehr nette Vermieter. Der Raum im Souterrain wirkte insgesamt ziemlich feucht.

Crash pad

The hosts were accommodating and reasonably friendly. No issues whatsoever with key handoff, checkout and the like. The flat is very basic and leaves a lot to be desired in the comfort category. Upstairs (entry level) is the living/kitchen area with two fold out single beds. I had to request sheets for these as the flat only had meager sheets provided for the bed downstairs. The bathroom and bedroom are down a tight spiral staircase that's not easy to do in the middle of the night or for anyone with a disability/handicap/overweight. Better value available in other apartments in the area for sure. Perfect location, great building. Flat would be much better with better furniture to sit/sleep on. Oh yeah, the shower is really goofy/annoying to figure out, too.

This place is better for 2-3 days, we stayed for 12 days and the musty moldy smell got to me (I am almost 70). The owner was very responsive to fixing the shower drainage. My son and his girlfriend enjoyed the bars nearby. It would have been nice to have a full length mirror.

Saubere, schöne und zentral gelegene Unterkunft in Berlin Kreuzberg. Schlüsselübergabe war ausgesprochen freundlich und problemlos. Man kam uns sogar bei der Checkout Zeit entgegen :-) Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder.

We loved the place!

I think we are the people who left this apartment on New Year's Day 2014. My daughter and I loved the apartment! The place looked exactly like the pictures and it is very large. It is very centrally located in Kreuzberg near restaurants, shops, the grocery stores and the train station-the road was blocked on one end but that was no problem. I thought the place was very clean and I saw no mold in the shower, because I am allergic to mold, and when we told Connie the shower handle was broken she fixed it. Same for not being able to find towels (they were there but we were too jet lagged to find them on our pillows!)--Oliver brought over a stack!! This is the only place I have ever had mid-week cleaning so that was also nice. The only issue we had, and I would have given 5 stars if the bed in the top bedroom was better. The bed downstairs was great and I waited till I had been there for a while before I told Connie about the upstairs bed-she brought over a topper but the bed itself is just bad. They say they are replacing that bed and with that, I would most assuredly stay there again. Just ask Marc to make sure this has been done before you show up if the person(s) staying in that room are not petite... And the kitchen is small but fully equipped and I cooked a full Christmas Dinner there!! Oliver, Connie and Marc manage the apartment and they were wonderful-despite hilarious problems with bank transfers and ATMs etc. Kathy and Meredith, Dec.19, 2013 - Jan 1, 2014
