Excellent hotel, location ideal and sumptuous breakfast. Easy parking, though pricey. Very friendly staff. Many options for restaurants and markets within metres. Highly recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent. It was great to be just a 5-minute walk from Gandermarkt, nice restaurants, supermarkets, and the train station. The breakfast was also very good. The rooms were clean, but unfortunately a bit cold. I was surprised that there was no fridge or kettle with tea/coffee facilities in the room. If these had been provided, I would definitely have given a higher rating. There were no slippers in the room, but I was able to get a pair from reception upon request. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they were helpful in answering all my questions. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

This is our second stay at this hotel. Location is so central to all of the sites, staff are amazing and the rooms are efficient and stylish. The breakfast buffet is the best way to start your day in Berlin! We will be back!

The room was simple but comfortable and clean. Check-in staff were friendly. The highlight was breakfast, which had a really wide range of foods from cooked breakfast to cereals, breads and cold meat and cheeses. The location was fantastic, within half an hour's walk of all the big sights and near plenty of transport options (including to get to the airport). Would stay there again if i was visiting Berlin again.
