「We booked this hotel for its location and loved how the rooms looked online, but the reality was even better! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, with spacious rooms and clean rooms & bathroom. The restaurant is a 10/10 for food and service, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! ❤️」

「There was a fishy smell in foyer and no robes in rooms! The breakfast was way too many people for such a small buffet area.Did not meet our expectations as Healesville did.」

「This hotel is not 4 star as claimed. I would rate it 3 star at best (despite what the PR written articles say). This conference venue is only partially renovated and a real rabbit warren to get around. The corridors are sparse and very much dated back to the 80’s. No lifts so be prepared to lift suitcases up flights of stairs. The grounds are not well kept e.g. weeds and the parking areas and entrances from those areas are in poor condition. 「Always excellent!」

「Amazing stay」

「I enjoyed comfortable stay. I would like to visit again.」
