めちゃくちゃ良かったです！綺麗なアパートでした！！寝やすかったし 別府温泉地獄めぐりもしやすいし レタンカー停めやすいし居心地良かったです！ 洗濯も出来たし良かったです！

チェックインの方法が分からず、お電話で尋ねてメールでご案内を頂きました。 事前にこのメールを頂けていれば、すぐにチェックインできたと思います。 室内はとてもきれいでした。 お皿やまな板、包丁もありましたが、皿を拭くタオルが無かったので、キッチンタオル等があればありがたいと思いました。

セキュリティがピーピー鳴ってびっくりして、ヘルプ電話しましたが対応してもらって安心しました。 その後またセキュリティが鳴って、原因はキッチンの換気扇をつけていた為でした。 洗濯機と乾燥機がついてるのが嬉しかったです。 ただ、乾燥機がフィルター詰まりでエラーで、背が届かずフィルター取るのに、お馬さんになってもらってで大変でした。洗濯機の後ろにゴミが落ちてましたので、手前に出しときました。 あとはいろいろ揃っていて助かりました。 ワイファイもあって便利、近くにコンビニ、パン屋でモーニングもできたし、夜は有名な中華料理屋も徒歩圏内で飲めたしでよかったです。

施設はよいがチェックインまでのサービスには改善が必要

入室のための案内が来ず、こちらから問い合わせてようやく入室方法がわかった。また、問い合わせ後いただいた情報では不十分で再度連絡しなければならなかった。口コミにも同じような内容があったが、報告を受けているのであれば、改善して欲しいと思った。それ以外、施設や環境などには大変満足している。

주차편리하고 편의점 가까워요 유명지 접근도 용이해요 후기에 무인 체크인 어려움 겪었다고해서 걱정했는데 체크인에 전혀 문제없었어요 너무 편안하게 머물렀고 다음에 또와도 이곳에 머무를것 같아요!!

大人3名、小学生2名、未就学児2名で宿泊しました。洗濯機、乾燥機が備え付けてあり、子供連れにはありがたかったです。周辺にコンビニ、飲食店など多数ありよかったです。入室の際に少し手間取りましたが、電話でスタッフの方が丁寧に教えてくださいました。機会があればまた利用させて頂きます！

大人3人と小さな子供4人で泊りました。綺麗なマンションという感じでソファやベットはとても心地よい物か用意されているし、水回りは清潔でした。なんと言っても洗濯機、乾燥機がついてるのはとても助かりました。別府温泉行きたくなったらまたリピートしたいと思います

誰にも教えたくない まるで別荘です。 広々とした部屋、お風呂はゴージャスキッチンは使いやすく 洗濯機乾燥機完備 冷蔵庫大きくテレビは薄型でてかい。 リビング広々ベッドはダブルとシングルの２台。 空調も完璧（個別） 近くに新鮮市場あります。魚が安くきれい。 チェックインもアウトも簡単。すばらしいです。 今回は結婚記念旅行でおそるおそる利用しましたが、全くの取り越し苦労でした。

5人家族で泊まるには、ちょうどいいお部屋でした。 チェックインとチェックアウトのやり方がよく分からなかったのとソファーのマットレスの下にかなりのゴミが落ちていたのがとても不快に感じました。 周辺には美味しいパン屋さんと居酒屋さんがあったのは、とてもいい所でした。
