The house is located just 900 meters from the coast, in one of the most beautiful and desirable areas of the Costa Blanca: Benissa (Costa), between Calpe and Moraira.
With new windows and frames with built-in mosquito screens, two modern bathrooms, and solar panels, you can enjoy both comfort and sustainability.
