Breakfast was superb and constantly renewed. The rooms were smallish but probably consistent with europe. The bathroom was dire. Felt like a 70’s hangover. The shower didn't work at all and the available room to get in and out of the bath tub was bordering on a potential accident or injury. Bathroom trim was old and worn. The glass frosted door to the bathroom offered little privacy. Club sandwich in the bar was very good. We never did find the restaurant available for evening meals. Food available in the streets nearby. Launderette available just around the corner and 5 min walk. Staff were friendly and very good English.

Nice hotel, great ambience and cleanliness. Bus stops were right next to the hotel. Also great restaurants and shopping very close as well. Only issue was the air conditioners in the rooms that didn’t cool down the room except on time periods during night.

Very clean hotel. A little tricky to get taxis in that area. Found ourselves walking up and down the street. It’s sort of in the middle of València- with Old Valencia on one end and the beach on the other. Would have rather of been in the been in the center of the either sides. Otherwise, great!

Was a nice hotel. Beds so big that there’s little room in the actual room. Bath water was brown and it was very loud in the mornings with people slamming doors (Cleaners) I’m talking 7:30am

The room was clean overall, the bathroom shower was complicated and had some rust as well as the grouting around the bathtub could use to be redone. Be warned the shower only has a half door and no curtain so expect the floor to get very wet. But did not affect the overall enjoyment of the stay. Overall the room was pretty small and basic but was nice for only a handful of nights.

Spent weekend in January. Great hotel. Spotlessly clean, modern, water pressure in shower was amazing, huge fluffy towels, firm but comfortable bed, quiet, kettle and mini bar in the room. Location - El Corte Ingles is less than 5 minutes walk, there are dining options close by and the science park, hemispheric etc is very close too. Area felt safe, on number 19 bus route which takes you to the historic centre, and plenty of cabs passing the hotel. I was with a friend but would happily go there as a solo female traveller. The icing on the cake was a wonderfully warm welcome from Philippe on the reception desk. He was very engaging and spoke nice and slowly to enable me to practice my Spanish. The hotel breakfast was excellent. Great hotel - I would thoroughly recommend it !

Mixed experience

Check in and out efficient. Friendly staff. Room and bath clean. Bar staff nice. Dinner was a disaster. Ordered sirloin, but not sure what we got. When we complained the waiter said it was not the meat they usually served. It was replaced with hamburgers which was 4 on a scale to 10. Hotel recommended, but dine elsewere.

The maid and the front desk staff were helpful, courteous and professional. The facility was clean in general. The block-out light drapes were dirty or dated. The bathtub had a plastic flimsy shower head and it looks like it had been retrofitted with a half a glass door over the tub. When you took a shower the water was all over the flower. One of the sheets had a hole and above the air vent looks like the paint job was never finished ( rectangular in shape). Finally, although we arrive at 17:00 we were given the room besides the elevator. I thought that being a gold key member with Expedia had some benefits other than pricing. Finally, the internet access was spotty and was unavailable from around 20:00 on Sunday (March 2) through Monday (March 3) at 10:30 AM.
