Bright apartment located between Levante Beach and Rincón de Loix, 10 minutes from the beach.



The apartment is located on the 12th floor of the Torre Estoril building. It has a bedroom with a double bed with access to the terrace. A fully renovated bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, microwave and portable oven and kitchen utensils and communicates with a gallery with a washing machine and the living room.



The living room also has access to the terrace, provided with a sofa bed, dining table, wifi, TV and pay air conditioning.



The building has a seasonal outdoor communal swimming pool, parking and concierge service. The area is pleasant, next to the weekly market in Benidorm, close to the beach and surrounded by bars and restaurants.
