「For us the property was perfect! It was clean, great view, great location in birch bay, parking is easy, communication was good etc. yes the property is could use updating but this was disclosed in the description and we thought it was fine. Maybe I missed it in the description but pick up some duraflame logs for the fireplace. And if you have kids and want to use the racketball and table tennis facilities in the game room, would be best to bring your own game paddles, balls etc.」

「Check in and check out process was smooth and easy. Had no issues. Place was even cuter in person. You are within walking distance to beach and restaurants. I do wish there was a map of the condo complex, this would identify the clubhouse and exactly where the unit is located. We didn’t have any issues with locating the clubhouse or unit but others might. Would 10/10 recommend. 」

「Great location, super cozy for the four of us. We noticed that the silverware drawer had dried food and other debris in it. Pool area was a little grimy, but glad we had one to use for the kids. Overall, great little place for a getaway.Would recommend having some basics. Cooking oil and or spray would’ve been helpful and maybe a water station/ brita water jug. Or let guest know to bring filtered water :-)」
