「The property is nicely located just a short walk from the water. It is very clean and well stocked. We found everything we needed. The check-in/out process was effortless.」

「Check in and check out process was smooth and easy. Had no issues. Place was even cuter in person. You are within walking distance to beach and restaurants. I do wish there was a map of the condo complex, this would identify the clubhouse and exactly where the unit is located. We didn’t have any issues with locating the clubhouse or unit but others might. Would 10/10 recommend. 」

「The entire condo was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable and there were all kinds of board games in the condo for entertainment. The kitchen had extra things I didn’t expect such as a blender, air fryer, etc. The location was perfect with a beautiful view from the kitchen, living area, and patio. 「Comfortable space and convenient location. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a great holiday meal while we visited with our son. We took our dog on many walks along the bay trail which is located just across the street from the condo complex. And, there is a great brewery just a couple blocks up the street that is dog friendly!」

「For us the property was perfect! It was clean, great view, great location in birch bay, parking is easy, communication was good etc. yes the property is could use updating but this was disclosed in the description and we thought it was fine. Maybe I missed it in the description but pick up some duraflame logs for the fireplace. And if you have kids and want to use the racketball and table tennis facilities in the game room, would be best to bring your own game paddles, balls etc.」
