JL 604: Hot Tub, indoor pool 2 Bedroom Condo

**Please note that from March 15-September 15 2026 Jacobs Landing will be having new roof put on all the builds. This will be a staggered project so not all buildings at the same time. Check with your host for more information. **
One of the few upper level two bedrooms with two baths. This condo is elegant and fun. A fully stocked kitchen for your cooking and entertaining needs with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. Washer/dryer electric fireplace dishwasher and many more convenances of home. There are two decks at this property. One large deck, access from the downstairs bedroom where the twin beds are. The deck has nice table and chairs set for your enjoyment. The second deck is a bit smaller and access is from the living room. You will find a propane BBQ for your use on that deck. The lower level has 1 full bath with tub and shower. The upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed along with another bathroom that has a shower. This is a staff favorite due to the upgrades. There is complimentary wifi for your use as well. You can also enjoy the clubhouse with indoor pool, hot tub and other amenities. Centrally located on property just a short walk to the beach or the clubhouse or other Birch Bay businesses. Come and enjoy JL604.

Great location, super cozy for the four of us. We noticed that the silverware drawer had dried food and other debris in it. Pool area was a little grimy, but glad we had one to use for the kids. Overall, great little place for a getaway.Would recommend having some basics. Cooking oil and or spray would’ve been helpful and maybe a water station/ brita water jug. Or let guest know to bring filtered water :-)

Just What We Needed

We rented for our stay so be close to the border for our Eras Tour concert in Vancouver and were pleasantly surprised. I’m very in awe of the town and the condo itself was very home-like and clean. There was a useful binder filled with all sorts of information and it was helpful with finding a local market. The whole experience makes me want to bring my whole family back in the summer to experience all that Birch Bay has to offer. Thank you for making this is seamless process.

Birch Bay Beachfront

Beautiful location, just across from the beach at Birch Bay. The bedding and towels were clean. But other areas hadn't been cleaned well for our arrival (filthy floors, dirty kitchen cupboards, countertops and some of the dishes/cooking utensils had been put away unclean). I was disappointed that the high touch items like cupboard handles and light switches hadn't been cleaned either. While we spent several hours of our first morning cleaning, we thoroughly enjoyed the rest of our stay. The property managment company responded quickly to my complaint and graciously refunded the cleaning cost.

Great place!

We very much enjoyed staying here while playing on the beaches of Birch Bay, the place was very clean. We were there on some really hot days and asked for a stationary fan to be brought for the upstairs bedroom because of the sweltering heat, and they responded immediately. The toilet had some problems on the main floor and again they came right away to take care of the problem. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dinnerware etc, but nothing extra other than salt and pepper. The pull-out couch bed was actually really comfortable which was a nice surprise. We were always able to park nice and close and the clubhouse with the ping pong, tennis and pool was such a nice addition for lazy afternoons. The only complaint we had which had nothing to do with our lovely host was the tenant next door smoked continuously, almost every hour and that smoke poured into our living room. Because of the heat, we had to have our patio door open with the screen. It meant we were anxious to get out of the place each morning so we could get a break from the smoke. Birch Bay is a gorgeous beach that we will definitely return to! We had so much fun!

Overall a great stay. Got in late and the home was a bit hot. Opening the windows for some cross breeze helped cool things off. Kitchen was well appointed and we really just used it as a crash pad to prep for a wedding weekend and to serve as base camp to a visit to Vancouver day trip. A quick visit to the boardwalk was nice and there was a sand castle competition of sorts and some festivities over the weekend.

Ladies weekend

Nice location, clean unit with a nicely stocked kitchen. The complex is older; with the game room and pool area showings age. which didn't bother us. We had the entire cpool and got tub to ourselves on a Saturday night.. .. Awesome. I'd probably remove our replace the carpet in the unit ... as it smells a bit musty and is stained.. nothing we couldn't live with. We enjoyed our stayed and wish we could have stayed longer. We'll be back!

Nice location

We had some issues with check in because I never received the details related to it. Basically I ended up being able to get in because the key box was unlocked, but without that bit of luck we would have been up the creek with nowhere to stay that night as we got in around midnight and the host did not respond until early AM. That aside, we did enjoy our stay and the location is great. The layout of the actual apartment is a bit awkward with a room for the kids to stay, but no door or privacy at all to the master bedroom. We came without kids, so no big deal, but I would have been a bit annoyed had we brought them.

Nice last-minute trip

We decided at the last moment to go out of town on a holiday weekend. This place was available. A bit expensive but it was worth it because the family had a great time. Place is clean, convenient to the beach and some restaurants. Neighbors, some year round residents, were pleasant. The place could use a little more light overhead in the kitchen. Otherwise, we were very pleased.
