「The view was beautiful and one of the highlights of our stay. However, the room is in need of upgrades, and the floors appeared muddy and not properly cleaned upon arrival. Better housekeeping and maintenance would greatly improve the overall experience.」

「From start to finish the visit and staff were great. Got there alittle early around 130pm and Shareese checked us in early plus gave us discounted drink tkts and one free rum punch tkt for mom since she heard it was her birthday. The server bartender Randy was amazing at the restaurant, he was quick, got familiar with our drinks of choices, hotel a Dominican DJ on friday night great vibes. Hotel views are breathtaking and hotel itself had lots of cute places to take pics to take pics.」

「We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage, and we thought the rooms looked very nice. We had an issue with the cottage being warm most of the night as well as the TV not working properly. We reached out to staff, and they didn’t contact us until the next morning, which is when we were leaving. When we vacation, our non-negotiables are clean, comfortable rooms, and unfortunately, the second item wasn’t met. 「The Island View was charming, the views were fantastic, and the staff were friendly and attentive! We had an earlier morning and they were very kind to make us a breakfast to go. Food was great! If I had to come up with any complaint it would be that the pool (shaded for a good portion of the day) was a bit chilly, but my husband didn’t mind that.」
