「This property was more than I expected for the price I paid. The room was very clean and showers were hot the way I like them. The air conditioner worked well enough to keep the room cool. The main hallways can use come carpet care and air freshener but for the price its a minor detail. I would recommend this place to people passing through and just need some where to sleep for the night. 」

However it is not so. There was no person at the reception and a note is posted on the counter when I arrived.
I could not have breakfast due to our early flight. I had told that fact one day before on the phone but they didn’t offer anything instead.
Does it mean we should not believe reviews?
Maybe I visited this hotel in a bad timing.
Or the conditions and situation of American hotels have changed badly.

「We were driving home to Ohio from Colorado, and had been in the car for 15 hours. All we wanted was a clean room to crash in for the night for a reasonable price. This place was perfect. This place was clean, quiet, well kept up and close to the highway. The breakfast bar was nice too. 」
