I was very disappointed with the level of service provided by the front reception staff. On multiple occasions, both when passing through the lobby to use the elevator and when leaving the hotel from our room, the reception staff were absorbed in their computer work and did not even acknowledge or greet us. This was particularly disappointing and did not reflect the level of hospitality I would expect from a hotel. In addition, there was a persistent smell of wasabi in our room that did not go away throughout our stay. The odor was unpleasant and made it difficult for us to feel comfortable in the room. Overall, these issues significantly detracted from our stay. I hope the hotel will take these concerns seriously and review both the quality of its guest-room inspections and the standard of service provided by its reception staff.
