「一階がレストランになっているので、レストランに入ってくると客室まで来られるようになっている。セキュリティ面でやや心配。また、夜10時位まで、ガヤガヤ話し声がかなり聞こえる。 水道の水が少し臭かった。近くにコンビニのようなものもなく、館内にも自販機はないので、ミネラルウォーターを置いておいてくれたらありがたい。 部屋の中にコーヒーメーカーはあるが、コーヒーかすを掃除していない。（お茶を淹れるためにお湯を沸かしたら、茶色いお湯が出てきた。）」

「We had an awesome time at Mallard Inn. The rooms are newly renovated and beautifully designed. The property is a historic building right next to Quidi Vidi Wharf. As the property just opened under new ownership when we visited, there were minor hickups (like eg. a missing bin in the room) which have been quickly resolved by the attentive and friendly stuff. Parking on site is limited and extended dinner options require a car to go into town.」

「Two things, not enough options for vending machines and we were surprised we had to pay for parking which we were not aware until husband was settling bill &15 dollars a day was a lot ,but hotel was great. Would recommend..」

「No housekeeping was provided. Body soap in the bathroom was empty. Facility was nice but very disappointed.」
