We recently hosted my son's wedding reception at Tamassa, and calling it "memorable" would be a massive understatement, From the very beginning, the coordination via email has been seamless. We needed a quick turnaround, and the team stepped up without skipping a beat. The mind-blowing organization took all the stress off our shoulders. Every single detail was handled with precision, creativity, and flawless execution. What truly sets Tamassa apart, though, is the staff. The level of courtesy, warmth, and genuine care we experienced from every team member was unmatched. The staff was constantly one step ahead of our needs, making sure we and our guests were completely taken care of. Their expert advice on layout, flow, and touches we hadn't even thought of elevated the entire event. It was the bride's first trip to Mauritius. Tamassa hotel did everything to give a great first impression. Our guests were amazed by the service.Thank you to the entire Tamassa family for pouring your hearts into the newly married couple's special day and making it an unforgettable celebration. "L'Oiseau de l'Océan was an amazing discovery. It was clean, well-kept and the staff were very helpful. The shuttle was a nice touch ensuring that trips to the beach and Cascavelle were easy. I also enjoyed the on-site sauna. My only complaint is that the wifi was weak and to make calls, I needed to step outside my room. I didn't mind much because I was on vacation and so didn't need to work. Special commendation goes to Jessica and Richard for going above and beyond."

"Wonderful Family Getaway – Outstanding Service! Our stay at Heritage The Villas was absolutely fantastic. The facility itself is wonderful, offering everything we needed for a perfect family vacation, and the service was genuinely outstanding from start to finish. The staff consistently made sure we were well taken care of. The only piece of constructive advice I have for the property management is regarding the windows and doors. The weather during our stay was so lovely, but we couldn't leave the doors or windows open to enjoy the fresh breeze without inviting bugs and insects inside. Installing screen nets on the doors and windows would completely solve this issue and allow guests to fully enjoy the beautiful climate indoors. Overall, it was a superb experience, and we highly recommend it!"

"Pros-the property and rooms were clean Staff members were professional, attentative, helpful, hard working and polite at all times Good quality of food and night shows (ABBA was spectacular!) Cons - the gym is small and lacks toilet facilities. Lack of designated spaces for smokers, therefore we were exposed to second hand smoking! Lack of recycle receptacles in rooms and throughout the property."
