The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible. ​Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring. Highly recommend this...

「We had high expectations for this property, especially given the good communication from the owner before our arrival, who provided helpful information. However, our experience was far from what we had hoped. The biggest issue was the noise. Our room (Room 3) was located next to a busy road, and the bin collection at 5:00 AM added to the disturbance. The rooms are not soundproof, so we could hear everything from neighboring rooms—doors closing, showers running, conversations, and even toilets...

「Firstly the hotel is on a small hill and takes about a 10mins uphill walk to reach. not too bad if you don’t have heavy suitcases to trawl. The check-in was easy and quick and as we travelled in the quiet period, it was all pleasant. the room was average size the balcony facing the sea was wonderful with views of the sea and mountains. the room however had dust piling up around the surfaces, the shower head was broken, the bathroom looked like it needed a though clean and the bedsheets had...

The apartments are comfortable clean and quiet, very close to the centre but set back, so almost no traffic and very quiet at night. Mirka, Demetrios and Steven are wonderful hosts and make you feel very welcome - they even helped me with some trouble with my rental car. 」
