Fabulous

Amazing stay. Great location and gorgeous view from our room/balcony. Clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you could need. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast at their sister hotel was excellent - Loads of choice and fresh and tasty .

Great breakfast provided at Essence (about 5 mins walk away) as part of deal. Balcony view over marina/ sea front a bonus. Good location for shops and main square of Argostoli.

Arrived late and a friend had to wait with our key. Very small elevator for bags. No shelves or drawers in bathroom. Could use more mirrors since can’t get ready in bathroom. Nice big room. Great view. Very clean and modern.

The Anchor Suite was modern and spacious with a large walk in shower, comfortable bed and balcony overlooking the marina. It faced east so we had morning sunshine then shade. The staff, located in the travel centre beside the main door, were very friendly and helpful. Parking is limited on the road outside so we learned to time our arrival back in town between 5 and 6. We would definitely come back again.

This is our third time at Argostoli Marina and we love the location and the rooms, all very clean although looking slightly tired now. The only unfortunate experience was check in, we arrived at 23:00 and although we had contacted and confirmed a later check in, we got there and no one was there to check us in, luckily the waiter next door was able to get hold of a member of staff for us, resolve this easily by just providing a mobile number to contact when you land so that you can arrange to meet at the property

Great location and view. Steps away from the pier and close to everything you would need. Staff was helpful and attentive. The room and building are well maintained. Breakfast was included but please note that it is served at their Argostoli Essence hotel location (about a 7-8min walk or transport can be arranged). Check-in was slightly confusing - you have to notify the hotel 72hrs prior to arriving or walk into the neighbouring travel agency storefront but this wasn’t mentioned in the listing. Otherwise, great stay.

A gem of a place......fantastic

Stayed in the Acqua Suite which was overlooking the marina. It was absolutely spotless and the lovely lady that came in to clean each day kept it that way. When we arrived late in the evening we accessed the property with no problem having previously been given the door code. We had bottled water, tea and coffee left for us. The bed was extremely comfortable and the view was gorgeous. The location is great, you are literally a few minutes walk from shops, bars and restaurants. We came on business so didn't really miss there being no pool, but if you're ok with having no pool this little gem is faultless and we would most definitely stay here again.

Aggressive company demanded an extra €400

Stay was ok until we tried to claim our left luggage. This was held to ransom for the cost of cleaning and another night stay. A total of €400.00. My daughter had been ill in the night and I was prepared to pay a cleaning bill. However I was shouted out by 6 staff as well as my wife demanding 400 hundred Euros. I have never been treated so badly or aggressively by a hospitality company in my life. I would not recommend anyone to stay here or trust this company. If you do stay do not leave any luggage.

Good location. Room was spacious and clean. They held our luggages for us because we arrived before check in and our room wasn’t ready. They are attached to a travel agency which was great because they arranged for our ferry to Zakynthos (the next island we were visiting) and also arranged for our transportation to the port. The only issue we had was that our little kichenette didn’t work but overall great stay!

We stayed in the Levante Loft and it was as beautiful as in the photos. Lovely balcony which didnt have an exciting view but being at the back of property it was really quiet. I would recommend contacting the hotel a week before you go to let them know your arrival time as there isnt a reception. On contacting them they offered to provide an airport pick up for €20 which we snapped up due to our 11pm arrival and they had someone waiting with a sign with our name on arrival and the same person provided us with the keys to our room and carried our suicase up the stairs for us (no lift). I couldnt fault this property, its location in middle of Argostoli was perfect, wpuld definitely stay again.

Beautiful apartment with a beautiful location however there was super loud club music until 3am and when I asked the staff if this was just the weekend they said no every night and even worse mid season! Okay for one night but not for a lengthy stay as you’d get no sleep!

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr zentral

Wir waren begeistert. Die Lage direkt am Hafen von Argostoli ist wunderbar. In drei Minuten ist man fußläufig am zentralen Platz. es gibt eine große Auswahl an Restaurants und Shops in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Vom kleinen Balkon schaut man direkt auf die Schiffe. Die Straße ist zwar stark befahren, aber die schalldichten Balkontüren ermöglichen einen ruhigen Schlaf. Das Zimmer ist schön groß und ganz modern gestaltet. Alles funktioniert so wie es sein soll. Aufzug, Klimaanlage, viele Steckdosen, warmes Wasser, Feuchtigkeitsabzug über der Dusche, Insektengitter, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank. Kochen kann man hier nicht, dies ist in dieser Umgebung auch nicht nötig. Wir haben uns lediglich mal ein Brot geschmiert, oder Obst zubereitet. In der Nähe gibt es sehr schöne Strände und im September findet man auch überall Parkplätze. Gute Ausgangslage zur Erkundung der Insel.

Very nice room, excellent location but very difficult to find parking. We talked to the management to arrange check in at 10PM, they were very nice on the phone and assured us the room was ready and they were looking forward to meet us. We drove from the port and arrive 10 minutes earlier, nobody was there so we waited, at 10:30 we were still waiting, we called the contact number and nobody picked up. We sat at the restaurant next door (BTW great food and service) and continued calling without any luck. At 11:30PM we called expedia and the agent contacted someone who said he will be there in 2 minutes. He arrived, take us to the room, never apologized, and left. The room was very nice and very clean at arrival. We stayed 3 nights, the first day we returned late at night and the room was not cleaned. The second day we saw the cleaning ladies going around when we left in the morning and thought they will clean our room but, again, that evening we enter the room to find it was not cleaned. I went to the office (travel agency next door to the building) and told them. They sent someone to clean the room while we went out for dinner, that is, 12 hours before our check out. Very nice suite but poor management.
