Neighborhood surrounding hotel was a little dicey and our 2nd floor room got full blast of trash pickup trucks as well as crowd noises. Bed wasn’t bad but my sleep was terrible.

Our stay at this hotel was beyond our expectations. Special thanks to Alex for going above and beyond to help us with a late-night booking, and to Eider for making our late-night check-in so pleasant. Marcio was also incredibly helpful and attentive during our stay, which made everything even smoother. Every staff member we interacted with was amazing—from housekeeping and cleaning to the breakfast team (especially Jing) and those working on September 9th. I would highly recommend this place to families, as the staff were incredibly kind and attentive with my toddler. A special mention also to Elsa, who was such a pleasure to talk to and made us feel genuinely welcome.
