「Beautiful property」

「Just perfect!」

「Beware! This property is nothing like the pictures show. Checked in on Friday, 5/22/26. Desk person said they had just reopened after being closed for a few years. Was told there were no king beds, yet they were advertised. I asked how many people had checked in and she said I was the second person. This was the typical bait and switch experience. I asked if there was a price difference for a double and “she didn’t know”. She didn’t know the computer system as it was only her second day. She...

「Really well taken care of, clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were great. We had such a good time that we added an extra night because we didn't want to leave.」

「Room was very clean. This was our second time here, and we will be back for a third.」

「It was in a great location. I do not like contactless check in and service. There were no amenities. Shower head and faucet did not work properly. We were moved to another room which was better except that the shower was filthy. Mold in the shower. We were so discussed that we left early the next morning. Not high end or classy. We were charged for a cleaning fee and were told it will be refunded. It still is on the card.」

「Great place, fun vibe. Bed so comfortable. 1 in-person staff member supports more than one location, but when I called the number posted to park and then to check in, they sent parking directions quickly via text and had the key app facilitated. Everything was terrific. They even had umbrellas available!」
