The location on Sheppards Bush was great for local flavor. Lots of food choices and easy walk to the Underground. But, Sheppards Bush is a VERY BUSY two lane road. Lots of fire trucks too. We counted more than 15 the first night. Laundry trucks. Trash Trucks. People standing outside smoking and talking at all hours. Just Loud. The hotel had no A\C which we knew about, but that required the windows to be open to the street noise, probably not an issue in the cooler months.
Beds. The bottom sheets barely covered the mattresses and you could see staining, Ew. Defintiely need new mattresses.
We checked out a day early due to the noise and mattress situation. It is a budget hotel, but still could be better maintained.

Great location! Staff was super friendly and nice. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel has a cool vibe and our balcony looked out over Bermondsey Square.
