「Read the bad reviews and believe them. I decided to ignore the bad and focus on the good reviews however, this property charges a premium price for unsanitary rooms. We waited a very long time to be seated for an unpleasant dinner with no access to any bar or waiting area due to it being closed to come back to a room with drawers full of mouse poop. Do yourself a favor and pass on this place.」

「This was a great value for the money. The hotel was renovated and clean.」

「スムースな、チェックイン。この値段なら文句はないかな。」

「Lots of people smoking weed around the property. Rooms were decorated with very cheap furniture.」

「The people at the desk remembered me from my last stay and were very welcoming」

「Great stay! Food was good. Very clean! Staff was friendly and helpful!」

「We requested ground level room for our puppy and the hotel arranged the nearest room to the exit. That was really helpful for us. Thank you! 」

「Nice hotel and convenient location. Nothing above “just average” for amenities. Nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was ok but nothing to put as a priority to book here. The lady serving breakfast did a fabulous job keeping food available and caring for guests. Overall nice place but nothing worth the $200+ room rate.」

「Very nice and clean」

「Clean with friendly staff and great rooms」

「This was one of the best stays I had on my 3 week trip! Everyone was very kind and helpful. The restaurant on the roof top was excellent. The rooms were very clean! Very nice place to stay.」

「I stay at Hampton Inns a lot. I was very disappointed with this one. Breakfast was not good either morning (2 night stay) and to top it off, they had no regular cream for coffee this morning. That’s poor planning and not caring. Also, shower head was pointed towards the back wall and could not be adjusted away. You had to lean into the wall to get the water. Probably something you can deal with but the grab bar was right where the water came down. I know why they did it so that water would not...

「Awesome hotel. I love staying at Tru. I always get a kick out of them putting our name on the tv as a welcome. The breakfast is amazing. Beds are a bit hard for my taste, but the pillows are great. Staff was super nice.」
