「Gloria is a wonderful host and extremely helpful. She provided lots of information about the property and quickly responded to any messages. The unit was very clean and fully stocked with amenities. The location is excellent too, a short drive to the Weirs Beach area and the Bank of NH Pavilion can be accessed through a private path on the property. Definitely will stay again!」

「Great little condo, cute and cozy. Affordable place 15 minutes to great ski mountain. The little mountain there wasn’t really open, unfortunately. However, the did state that next season the maybe getting snowmaking abilities. I would definitely recommend.」

「The place was easy to find and close proximity to Skiing at Gunstock Mtn. The place was clean and easy to access. Own parking space which would be difficult to locate if snow was covering the ground as number was only painted on the pavement on the ground! Shower has good pressure and clean towels were plentiful. Kitchenette had stove, microwave, refrigerator, and small pizza oven. Living room was good size with wifi and Roku TV. 「My friend and I stayed 3 nights to attend the Chris Stapleton shows. So convenient and liked sitting out on the balcony, sipping coffee in the am and enjoying a view of the lake and mountains. The unit was very clean and met our needs perfectly!」

「It's an older place which is expected in that location, but everything was very clean and nice and it was equipped with everything we needed. Easy walk to Weirs beach and pier and we could see the fireworks from the back porch. We went to a concert at NH Bank Pavilion the first night and our host recommended the Bar Hoppah for transportation which was ideal. Would definitely go back.」

「We had an awesome stay. Great information left for directions. Did find pool activity code changes. But people nice to let us in. Did find clothing under bed and empty cookie wrappers in the couch. The ac in main bedroom not as cool as the larger room. All in all a perfect weather wise week and just relaxed and had a good time. 」

「Perfect place to stay if you are going to a concert at Bank of NH Pavilion. A total bonus was the private beach area across the street. The space was clean and comfortable for my family of 3. Would definitely stay again. 」

「Condo was the perfect size for my husband, myself, and our dog. We could have fit another couple there comfortably. We like to do a bit of hiking so this was conveniently located near Rt 93 to head north for all the foliage hikes. Approx 20 minutes to Franconia Notch and 1 hr to Crawford Notch area. The place was clean, bed was comfortable. Just to note - water pressure isn’t great in the shower and if you’re sensitive to smells, the lower level where the bedrooms are has a slight damp smell to...
