「even though the property was under construction, the staff did an excellent job! although, i didn't expect to be paying an additional 300 for an upgraded room did not get. they promised a pool view at booking and had me over construction site, then i paid for upgraded pool view, and they still had me at a separate half construction half Oceanview room. i was not informed this would be the case. i only received one day credit. it would have been nice to receive credit for both days stay.」

「When we received our room after waiting over an hour after check in for it to be ready…the sink drain was broken. We had requested different room but were told none were available. The pool area was dirty with left over food and cups all around pool area that people did not throw away. There was no view from our room..except bushes and large spiders hanging from deck. And the staff seemed to be high school students that had no clue what was going on. I would not recommend this property to...
