"We stay at this Hotel Every visit to Jacksonville Beach. Its a great hotel that is right on the beach, just a short walk down from the pier and an ocean walk / boardwalk with bars, restaurants, and a store or 2. The Hotel is Always clean and smells clean, but this time around, our room smelt very must, and the carpet in the roomfelt very sticky and dirty. I also booked an ocean view room and only hit q partial ocean view room. Other than that, the stay was great. Breakfast is included also. Its a great stay especially with small children"

"The hotel is gorgeous with modern, coastal vibes, located directly on the beach and offers stunning ocean views. We booked a king oceanfront corner room. The Guest Ambassador left a hand written note on our vanity, adding a personal touch. The room was surprisingly larger than expected, offering plenty of storage with a small closet, several drawers beneath a daybed, and a wardrobe. Obsessed with the vibe/decor. Of note, the couch and bed are quite close and the light over the coffee table hangs low. The coffee mugs provided are too small for a single Nespresso pod so you have to sip as it is brewing to avoid a mess. Accommodating staff and unparalleled customer service. Enjoyed beverages, brunch, and dinner at Coastal Farmer. Appreciated the ease of beach access with provided wrist bands, beach chairs, umbrella, and complimentary water bottles. The current con of this hotel is the construction. They make this wildly apparent when booking, so if you don’t want the inconvenience of construction do not book your stay here. However, I found the construction only mildly intrusive. Most of the work being done is in the lobby on the second floor and on the main floor. They did close down one of the elevators for renovation during the weekend, which I felt was the worse possible timing. Other than being down to one elevator, our stay was minimally affected by the ongoing construction. I look forward to seeing the lobby completed and enjoying the spa and fitness center."

"Absolutely perfect stay in Atlantic Beach, close to restaurants and bars and beach access. Wonderful motel, hip coffee shop attached to lobby, amazing staff at motel."

"Overall beautiful property! The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, from the front desk clerk to the housekeeping and maintenance staff. One of the guys at the front desk even helped me with my bags. The room was clean and comfortable and I loved the view from the oceanfront balcony. Amazing sunrises and sunsets! I was sad to leave. The only thing I didn’t like, not the hotels fault, was there were too many owners who left there dogs unleashed. I don’t mind dogs on the beach, but one ran up to me and I’m not a dog lover, especially a wet dog, lol. It only happened once and I didn’t let it ruin my trip. I’ll definitely choose this hotel on my next trip to Jax."

"Very nice room for the price. My only beef is that the room air conditioner vents onto the balcony. It made the balcony almost unusable unless we turned off the room air conditioner."

"I love that the beach is within walking distance. Cleanliness was top notch. Breakfast was amazing. I watched the chef cater to people. He made me a loaded French toast. The only negative was paying $15 for parking. Thank you to Daphne, Emily, and Mr. Chef for the five ⭐️ service."
