"The room smelled like musty gym socks and the carpet felt damp. Probably would not stay again."

"When we booked we were not told that the hotel was under renovation. Only one elevator was working. The first room we were given had a water leak in the bathroom. The second room was very clean but the toilet didn’t flush very well. The lobby smells like cigarette smoke. The breakfast was good. Many carpet stains."

"Bed was not on par with chain standards, AC in main areas wasn’t working nor were computers or printers in the business center. Staff couldn’t print a receipt for stay from their computer either."

"The pool Was out of service and the gym had no ventilation. Both a/c’s were not working. No a/c in the hallways. It had to be 80 inside. I chose this hotel because it did have a pool and gym."
