「Lovely home! Had everything we needed and more. Really liked the decoration and layout. There was so much to do in the house from movies to games to fire pit and it’s close to a lot of really nice falls. 」

「Had a great 25th anniversary get away! This location is close to several waterfalls. We brought our kayaks, kayaked to the bottom of Burgess falls. Then drove to the park, to hike and enjoy the scenery of top of the falls. The room had plenty of towels and wash rags. Love that the room had starter paper towels, trash bags, and toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the AC was cold!! Check in was a breeze! The host was available via phone call for any questions.」

「Gorgeous property and awesome little cabin! The pictures looked so good I was nervous we would show up and the hot tub would be broke and weeds would be grown over - but it literally looks just like the pics and the hot tub worked!Everything was clean and when we walked in they even had spa music playing and a chocolate on the nightstand.Would highly recommend!」

「This place was the highlight of our trip! We spent one night in Nashville and then headed to Sparta. This Home was absolutely darling….peaceful country living at its best! The host was full of southern hospitality. Very kind and helpful. If you plan on coming to Tennessee and want to explore the nearby waterfalls, this is an excellent spot!」

「Kitchen well stocked with large pots and pans. Plenty of paper products .. never ran out of hot water and there were 6 of us . Driveway was hilly to get kayak trailer in easily but since driveway was pull thru became a non issue . Easy access to downtown Sparta . Next door neighbor and son were super sweet and welcoming . Bryan said we could turn trailer around in his yard if we needed … southern hospitality at its best ! 」

「The room and lobby were clean and fresh and the staff were very nice. The only issue is that housekeeping began knocking loudly on doors and saying housekeeping as early as 8:45am and opened the door, looked around, saw me sleeping, then said I’ll come back. It startled me and disturbed my sleep. Not sure why they are opening doors of occupied rooms.」

「The entire property was a disaster. -Frayed carpet all in our room -Urine smell in room -Damp bed sheets -Blue duct tape pieces holding a part of the inner elevator -Have to hold toilet handle down in order to flush -Carpet on the stairwell looks like it had not been vacuumed in months -Lamps did not work」
