「Beautiful home in a beautiful landscape. Close to downtown Sparta and several waterfalls. So many little extras provided by the host to ensure you have a wonderful stay. I can't recommend high enough.」

「Gorgeous property and awesome little cabin! The pictures looked so good I was nervous we would show up and the hot tub would be broke and weeds would be grown over - but it literally looks just like the pics and the hot tub worked!Everything was clean and when we walked in they even had spa music playing and a chocolate on the nightstand.Would highly recommend!」

「Traveling with my best friend of 40 years to a garden party in Sparta, we hoped to find a comfortable place to rest for the night and enjoy morning coffee with serene views while reminiscing about our families and life in general. This place was perfect. Comfortable, quiet surroundings, and the property was lovely. Our hostess, Dawn was terrific replying to any questions I had.Thank you for a lovely stay.」

「Had a great 25th anniversary get away! This location is close to several waterfalls. We brought our kayaks, kayaked to the bottom of Burgess falls. Then drove to the park, to hike and enjoy the scenery of top of the falls. The room had plenty of towels and wash rags. Love that the room had starter paper towels, trash bags, and toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the AC was cold!! Check in was a breeze! The host was available via phone call for any questions.」

「House was very clean. Everything was as pictured. Communication was great. Even caught two bass fishing in river behind house. Very peaceful. Get location for our waterfall chasing trip. 」

「This place was the highlight of our trip! We spent one night in Nashville and then headed to Sparta. This Home was absolutely darling….peaceful country living at its best! The host was full of southern hospitality. Very kind and helpful. If you plan on coming to Tennessee and want to explore the nearby waterfalls, this is an excellent spot!」

「Husband and I enjoyed our weekend stay for our anniversary. We loved fishing, playing pool and just relaxing. The bed is super comfortable and so is the couch. We have T-mobile phone service and very rarely had cell service and WiFi was spotty but it also stormed off and on all weekend and could have caused issues for the WiFi. Hosts were wonderful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!」
