"Location is perfect, neat, clean and connected to world class shopping mall, with great international dining options. Walkable to explore the area, hotel guests have free access to parking area. "Everything was perfect except that they made it appear that the room wasn’t available until 2:30 pm…forcing me and approx. 40 other guests to wait at the crowded lobby for hours. If I didn’t follow-up at around 2:15 pm, they probably would have kept quiet that the room was already available.
