「Fast and friendly check in. The rooms are clean and comfortable. An older hotel but seems to be kept up. Breakfast is just muffins and coffee is around the clock. Cameras everywhere which made me feel safe. The only downfall was the pool not being available. 」
「We love to stay here when visiting Black Mountain. The only thing I could say that might need improvement is the caulk in our shower. It needs replacing as it looked moldy.」
「It was only an overnight stay, and the room was a bit spartan. However, it was quite clean and everything worked well. One a very minor problem, as noted by others, is that the toilet required a long flush or multiple flushes. My problem is that I forgot to ask for additional towels. I checked in at night and by the time I noticed that I need extra towels, I didn't think anyone would be around who could fulfill that request.」

We were surprised with a room upgrade to a suite which was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was as expected with a variety of choices available. Hotel was clean and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again when back in the area. 」
