"We had to switch rooms because our AC was not working. In the new room the bathroom was dirty and the shower had cracks in it. Hard to get an Uber out to the hotel, so recommend having your own car. Got the breakfast once, but quantity of food (food not restocked) was limited."

"The location was perfect for long walks along and sometimes across the river promenade. The Halls of Bacalan and the Cite du Vin were conveniently right next door. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel is impeccably clean with all amenities."
