Lovely relaxed hotel with friendly english-speaking staff. Perfect location for an overnight stop when travelling between Spain and the UK. Nicely decorated rooms, clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. Ideal for our needs.

Great place to stay if you are planning on getting around Bordeaux by bike or biking along the Garrone. It's a bit outside if town but very accessible. The staff were very nice. Restaurant was closed for dinner when we arrived but breakfast was excellent.

I am definitely going to return to the hotel whenever i am Bordeaux France again. The only flaws I see is the limited varieties of breakfast. The staff are very welcoming especially the tall black guy I met on my arrival and couple days afterwards. He speaks English and he has good customer service.

Clean, Quiet, and Welcoming – Just One Small Flaw

I stayed at Green Hôtels Bordeaux Arena for one night and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were very nice and welcoming, which made check-in smooth and friendly. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable — exactly what I needed after a long day. One minor downside was the shower, which didn’t get hot straight away. It took over five minutes of running before it warmed up properly. As I was only there for a short stay, it wasn’t worth making a fuss about, but something to be aware of if you’re in a rush. The location was lovely — quiet and peaceful, yet only a short drive into the city, which made it a convenient base. All in all, a good stay with just a small room for improvement.

Good room and good breakfast.

Good room and good breakfast. The lady at the reception was very helpful, but being alone at reception + bar + restaurant she had to manage too many things and there might be delays, I was sorry for her. There is not a real "restaurant" but they warm up ready dishes, anyway it was ok. I gave only 3 stars to sustainability because they still use one-way small shampoo bottles instead of refillable wall containers. The shampoo was good anyway.
