Great location

Excellent hotel and nice to have some kitchen facilities in the room. A good location next to tramline B which takes you directly into the centre of Bordeaux.

The room had everything one would need and had a really nice feel to it. I had a view of the park, which was great. Breakfast was basic but nice enough.

2 towels allowance per week??

Hotel was very good minor issues like no washing liquid or cleaning cloths except t towel and expected to leave kitchen clean. Also 2 bath towels per week unless you pay extra?? Small things make for better ratings.

Ideal stopping off point for a Bordeaux visitor

This trip was a stopover en route from Spain to UK on the TGV. The location 400 yards from the tram was great and Tallens has its own bars and eateries to interest a visitor if you dont want to take the 20 min tram journey into the centre. The place was easy to find and clean and tidy. The booking in process was easy and the staff conversant in English. The room was nice and there was aircon which was useful as it was 32C outside. The small food preparation area was well set out and allowed us to make tea, and prepare breakfast. One concern, the lift contained a message saying there would be a charge for cleaning kitchen utensils etc but there was only a teatowel on offer and no washing cloth or washing up liquid so it was unclear how this cleanliness was to be achieved.?

Very clean, and safe. AC made summer temperature bearable. Friendly staff who spoke English. For the price, it was excellent. Also very close to the tram system and right next to a lovely park.

The property is well located, clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful. The only negative, was persons/staff knocking at the door when the privacy notification was given.

My stay was pretty much perfect. Modern room, very clean and with a great mattress and blackout curtains. Very nice and friendly staff! The only thing missing was a sponge and some dishwashing liquid to wash my dishes. To be fair, I didn't ask if they had any, I just figured since there is an equipped kitchen with utensils, it should be there. Again, it's a very minor thing compared to the overall experience. Very close to the tram station, going downtown was a breeze. I totally recommend.

Every summer, we were going to Bordeaux for two weeks, and stayed at this hotel. We always reserved and paid our hotels in spring. We did the same things this year too, but when we arrived, we were surprised. This year, they change the cleaning policy, and we don’t like it. First we stayed for 5 nights, They didn’t clean the room and didn’t change the towels, they just got of trash. When I asked the reception, they told if you want this services, they are charging money! 10 days after we stayed for 7 nights again, they cleaned and changed towels and bed sheets after 4 days.

Hôtel avec tout ce qu'il faut. Communication facile avant la réservation. Bon accueil sur place. Parking payant avec 1h30 gratuite sauf samedi a partir de 19h00 et dimanche où c'est gratuit. Chambres confortables et propres. Salle de bain spacieuse. Cuisine frigo et micro-ondes dans les chambres. Restaurants a proximité. Tram avec un arrêt pas loin. Facile d'accès même en voiture. Je recommande.
