Hotel is a new modern building spanning 2 streets with a nicely appointed cozy room, What stands out is a TV within a large wall mirror, that's inviting, even for people like us who don't watch TV. It's in a city center area full of smaller hotels, restaurants and fast food places. Breakfast is as good as it gets. Very friendly staff. Valet parking is in the next locked lot. We had no trouble getting to the hotel by car, but it does require a bit of experience and a good GPS.

The hotel has amazing location and views. The staff is very friendly. They gave us free upgrades. Thermal pool, spa and sport facilities are top notch. Breakfast is excellent. This is one of the best hotels in Izmir.

I enjoyed this hotel. The location was perfect and I was able to walk to 80% of the things I wanted to see and do. The staff were friendly and helpful. The concierge, front desk, and dining room staff were all professional and helped make my staff enjoyable.

Very clean and modern hotel with beautiful indoor pool and gym. Wish we could stay longer than a day. But staffs especially restaurant staffs need a bit of training. Went in to have dinner and the restaurant was totally empty and two waiters were looking at their phones and didn’t pay any attention to customers. I had to go out and ask where to sit etc. They kept talking to each other and didn’t take orders

Stayed on the weekend. Location is great walking distance to nice shops and restaurants. Rich and very tasty breakfast. Clean and well designed rooms. One of the best experience in Izmir definitely recommend it for everyone..

I decided to come back and there was a great improvement in room quality...especially with the updated the bathrooms. This is one of the oldest hotels with very nice staff and rooms with wonderful, spacious balconies!

The hotel is new and very clean. The location is great. Only two tramway stops from the town's main bazaar and the clock tower. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the historical elevator (TARIHI ASANSOR) which is perfect for sunset photoshoots. The view from breakfast room is amazing. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. They treated us like their family. I would like to thank Ms. Sevgi, Ms. Aycan, Mr. Turkay, Mr. Hassan and Mr. Emre for their hospitality.
