"We had the best stay here! We were 3 girls visiting from Canada and felt so welcomed from the moment we arrived. The hotel is family-run and you can truly feel the warmth — they were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely amazing every morning, with so many delicious options. They also went above and beyond with recommendations and even helped us organize transportation, which made everything so much easier....

"I always enjoy coming to Altinyunus. It is iconic since my childhood so I have subjective love to this place. In addition to the beaches, I used thermal pools. Massage was great. Due to karge space you do not feel crowded. Close to many amenities in the city. Free parking. I ll be back again."

The owner was very accommodating for an early check-in and helpful with multiple recommendations of local beaches, places to eat and entertainment."

"AC in the room would go off every time we opened the balcony door which is normal. However, it would not restart after closing the door. We had to call the reception every single time for them to restart it from their end. Our room did not get cleaned one day during our stay despite calling the housekeeping and had to ask one of the employees cleaning other rooms for clean towels, water, etc."

"The hotel was clean and wonderful. The staff members were polite and helpful. The breakfast was also good. The restaurant has a great location and view, but the menu and the prices don't match the value you expect to see from such high prices. I am sure that there is a lot that can be done on this front. The sustainability certification is great, however, one expects to see water fountains throughout the hotel to eliminate plastic waste. Hope to see some change here. We used the spa and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the massage. The spa background music definitely needs an update. Also, it is customary to see hydration options (water, tea, other) at no cost in spa environments. Hope it will be introduced in near future."
