Es gibt keine Hygiene, die Toiletten sind sehr schmutzig, kein Zutritt. Das Essen ist sehr schlecht, keine Abwechslung. Zu wenig Personal, kein erfahrenes Personal. Die Fenster sind sehr schmutzig. Die Zimmer sind sehr schmutzig.Zimmer werden nicht gereinigt Handtücher werden nicht gewechselt Der Strand ist eine Müllhalde Ich würde nicht noch einmal dieses Hotel wählen. Unser Geld war verschwendet. Die guten Fotos als Standort haben uns getäuscht.

Terrible hotel!!!!

Hotellet såg veldig bra ut på bilder…. Men det var så langt frå virkeligheit!! Det var skittent over alt, badet såg heilt tragisk ut, skittent og i dårlig forfatning! Det var eit all inklusiv hotell, maten var grei, men det var slitent og skittent hotell! Når eg våkna på morgonen, var det fullt med fluer og små kryp på rommet! Anbefales ikkje på noen måte Jon

Am ersten Tag wurden wir einfach ins zimmer gebracht das wars normaler weise wurden wir in jedem hotel bisschen aufgeklärt.. zu welchen uhrzeiten die speisen sind was swo ungefähr ist gar nix.... Das zimmer bzw das ganze anwesend war dreckig draußen die Toiletten am Pool schmutzig boden mit Schei...e beschmiert... staubig.. die zimmer wurden leider nicht richtig sauber gemacht teilweise mussten wir auch öfters nach Handtüchern fragen... Beim Essen mussten wir immer sehr lange warten da mehrere sportvereine da waren... leider gabs auch immer das selbe essen was nicht genießbar war oder überhaupt nicht mehr gab haben öfters draußen gegessen.. Die Musik tagsüber am Pool sind von den 2000er uralt und immer das selbe.. hab noch nie so ein schlachten Dj erlebt. Schade um das Geld was wir ausgegeben haben haben haben in gegenzug nix erhalten ich empfehle es keinem... so schlecht wie das war sollten sie sogar unser geld zurück geben..

Bina: Delux oda için rez yaptırmıştık. Odamız yeni yapılmış bir binadaydı. Binanın kaba temizliği bile adam akıllı yapmılmamış, her yer toz içindeydi. Otelin ücretsiz interneti olmasına rağmen bulunduğumuz binada çekmiyordu. Sorunu dile getirmemize rağmen kaldığımız süre boyunca çözülmedi, ilgilenilmedi. Kaldığımız 4 gün boyunca internete erişim sağlayamadık. Merdivenlerde bir çok tabak ve çöp vardı. Binanın içerisinde kullanımayan eşyalar ortalık yere bırakılmıştı. Asansör yoktu Oda: Odamızın içerisinde kettle yoktu, su bardağı yoktu, minibuzdolabının içi dolu değildi ve oda terliği yoktu. İki kişilik yatağımıza tek kişilik pike konulmuştu, yetmedi. Diğer binadaki odaların balkonunda askılık varken bizim balkonumuzda havlu asmalık bir askılığımız bile yoktu. Duş için sadece şampuan verilmişti o da kötüydü zaten. Otel: Denk geldiğimiz personelin hepsi güler yüzlüydü ancak belki personel eksikliğinden veya yönetimsel sorunlardan otel genel olarak pisti. Yemekler vasatın altında, yemekler kötü ve ucuz malzemelerden yapılmıştı. Bunlarında bir çoğu ya soğuktu yada bir önceki öğünden arta kalmıştı. Otel çok güzel olabilecek bir potensiyele sahipken maalesef kimse ilgilenmiyor, herşey her yerde, temizlik kötü, imkanlar kötü. İyi yanları: Lokasyonu güzel, plajı temiz ve ücretsiz otoparkı mevcut. Personel güler yüzlü
