「Francisco was an excellent host and very helpful and spoke excellent English which was super helpful for this gringo for getting around town. The location was good with close proximity to everything. I think it might be unadvisable to walk the neighborhood at night, but I ended up walking back at 1am and all was fine. Everything was clean and fresh. Complimentary breakfast provided. The price can't be beat! Couldn't ask for more for a place to stay for a few nights in Santiago.」

「The building was beautiful and historical. The room was small but cozy and actually it was enough for me having no big luggage. Unfortunately, I stayed only one night and left early morning so I didn’t see much of the hotel and its around but staffs were friendly and easy to communicate. Hopefully I will stay there again for more days.」

「No elavator」

「落ち着いた雰囲気の内装で、ゆったりできた。朝食もしっかりとしたメニューで、暖かい料理を提供してくれた。最終日は、早朝5:30の出発に、空港で食べられるよう軽食と飲み物を準備、見送りまで。スタッフ全員がフレンドリーで気持ちの良い滞在でした。」

「バスの終着駅に近かったので予約しましたが最悪のホテルでした。 WiFiが部屋まで届かなく3度申し出ましたが改善されませんでした。 部屋も大変寒かったです。 共用シャワーはドアに鍵がなくシャワーもカーテンで仕切られてるだけなので不安に感じました。そのためこのホテルには滞在せずに違う宿を探して移動しました。オススメできません。」

「It's conveniently located near the airport. I was worried about whether I could get on the shuttle bus, but I was relieved to find out that I could.」

「Hotel was a lovely relaxing trip. Food in restaurant was delicious and well presented . Rooms were lovely and quiet. Grounds were wonderful and well kept. 」
