"Stayed with our family including teens for the week. Hotel is very clean, all staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Front desk is a great resource. Hotel grounds and building are well kept and very beautiful. Building is charming and centrally located. Highly recommend for stays in this hotel for easy access to the city. 5/5 in every aspect. "

"It is a good, safe, medium-sized hotel in an interesting neighborhood. Plus it is close to the subway. The staff are the best part of the hotel. They are polite, friendly, efficient and reliable. They work very hard for the guests. They also speak excellent English. The staff are the best feature of this hotel. Shoutouts to Rodrigo and Oliver who were so helpful and worked do hard."
