It has 3 double bedrooms, a spacious living room with kitchenette, a balcony to admire the beautiful view over the Sagrada Familia and two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub).

The only pro was the location and the size of the apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was pricey for our 4 nights yet the apartment was very shabby. The bathroom door would not close and the air conditioner leaked all over the bedding in one room so could only use 1/2 the bed. The apartment had a nice balcony which was unusable as the security screen covered half the door and the awning would not go up. The place needs some upgrading to be worth the price.

Communication up until the stay was really poor, didn’t feel very reassured after they cancelled initially. On the day we arrived at 12, turned out we were in a different room compared to the one booked originally, then had to wait three hours after they said it would be ready. No communication between staff on the ground and SH Barcelona. Other issues including had to pay over the phone and not on the website, said error everytime. On the plus side the property we had was good, clean and in a great location for the festival. It’s just a shame that the communication wasn’t. Ideally would have been best to manage booking in the Expedia app, and not WhatsApp or email.
