"The room had been stylishly remodeled. It was a bit small for travelers with two suitcases to open. I was not aware that there is no staffing at the hotel and everything is done by messaging, with front door code only sent at 15:00. We had 5 people waiting at the door trying to get in after arriving by train at noon. It is a big problem if you have to carry you luggage around for 3 hours if you can't drop it off at the hotel until check-in time. We had been sent a message to supply identity...
