L'endroit est magique. Un bâtiment ancien superbe rénové avec goût. Chambre très agréable. Le personnel est plein de petites attentions et le restaurant de qualité. Un séjour parfait.

Vieillot et situé à faible distance d’une usine

Cette propriété a certainement connu ses heures de gloire … il y a de nombreuses années. Aujourd’hui force est de constater qu’il s’agit d’un établissement vieillissant et dont les aménagements mériteraient d’être entièrement revus. Les chambres même les plus “luxueuses” sont désuètes, rafistolées, le mobilier hors d’âge, la décoration manque totalement de raffinement … Les infrastructures le spa le restaurant rien ne peut mériter les 5 étoiles. Et pour couronner cette expérience décevante l’établissement se trouve faible distance d’une gigantesque usine d’hydrocarbures qui émet en continu et offre un spectacle anxiogène depuis les chambres.

This hotel is certainly not a 5 stars one. No bottles of water, nor kettle or tea bags are provided in the room. You have to buy everything. The spa is okay but treatments VERY expensive for Spain. Bear in mind that the hotel is in the middle of nowhere.

Tiene bastantes cosas que mejorar...

El hotel tiene una ubicación perfecta para desconectar. El edificio es muy bonito y la atención del personal ha sido muy buena en todo momento. Pero tiene unas cuantas cosas que deberían mejorar ya que se trata de un hotel de 5* (para mi, se quedaría en un 4* justito...) Por ejemplo: el mantenimiento y limpieza de la habitación es muy justita (polvo, humedades y su olor en el baño, detalles poco cuidados...), la cama es de 150cm e incómoda. El pasillo que daba a nuestra habitación estaba lleno de cacas de pájaro, en el suelo y las paredes... habría que limpiar más. La piscina tenía el agua un poco turbia, había pocas tumbonas y algunas de ellas estaban rotas... Es spa es de pago y solo tienes acceso 1h (para lo pequeño que es y las instalaciones que tiene, ni planteamos ir). En resumen, a mi parecer no merece las 5* que tiene.

Hotel with character.

Really individualistic hotel with great grounds if travelling with an animal. Reastaurant opened rather late for our tastes (8.30 pm) but this is not rare in Spain.

Beautiful Hotel but needs some updates in jr suite

on 1st night there was very high winds outside which sounded like it was inside due to the large vent over the bath. kept me awake most of the night. 2nd night was better as there was very little wind. shower needs to be changed as the shower head was not working and setting the temp was difficult to set, either you burned or you froze.beautiful hotel just need some TLC also had ants in the bed.

Romantic Villa Resort

The Hotel is much more like a Villa resort. Room was very comfortable. Perfect for romantic getaways. as a business traveller there were a few things I would have prefered such a coffee/tea machine in the room. A gym to help unwind work stress. although there was a sauna there was an extra cost which I did not see on website. overall this place is/would be amazing - when not in -4c and 1 inch of snow.

Magnifica arquitectura modernista.

La limpieza de la habitación es muy correcta.Nos acomodaron en habitación superior sin cargo alguno.La atención del personal es excelente tanto de recepción como de comedor.Las instalaciones del spa estan bien en general, aunque necesitaria mejorar la climatización de la la sala de la piscina interior, es decir hace frio cuando sales del agua.Tanto la ubicación como la arquitectura (modernista) del hotel son execelentes. Hay que destacar la superior calidad del restaurante.

Un hôtel au milieu de nulle part, mais quel hôtel. Le "Modernisme" triomphant, des chambres spacieuses et très agréables, le calme, un service qui est présent quand on en a besoin, un restaurant qui nous a servi de très bons plats, une belle carte de vins. Une fin de semaine dont on gardera un excellent souvenir.

Fin de semana de relax

Ha sido un buen fin de semana donde hemos estado muy agusto, si hubiese que poner algún pero es que el hotel y algunas instalaciones necesitan un poco más de mantenimiento teniendo en cuenta que es un 5 estrellas. El personal muy agradable.
