"This could be a lovely property & appears to have been recently renovated to a good standard. However it is let down by several maintenance issues (one bedroom & bathroom window not opening or closing properly, bedroom door not closing, broken and ill-fitting toilet seat), and the quality of the mattresses and bedding which was really poor when compared to the most basic Premier Inn/Travelodge. "Lovely place to stay. Beautiful view from the garden and all closed in which was great for the dogs. To the side of the cottage is a big area to park your cars, which is a plus. The cottage is beautiful has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Carol is the lady who owns the cottage. She popped in to say hello and check if we need anything, give us a wonderful bottle of wine and treats for the dogs. I would stay here again."

"The Stable was a lovely place to stay for a couple of nights. Cosy, clean and modern and there was some sloe gin on arrival!One criticism would be the poor water pressure (I know there is not much that can be done unless a booster pump is fitted). This made the shower quite slow and also filling the kettle was slow.The Bluetooth speaker was a good addition and also Effy the very friendly cat!"
