"To make a long story short, I was promised by staff that I would get a call from the manager in my room would be paid for. This isn't a very sketchy location. During the night there was a drug deal happening in the parking lot. After that, there had been a rave and the room right next to us had a person go through the window. When we woke up the next morning there was glass all over. We didn't dare to call the cops or leave the room to go to the front office, we were literally scared for our lives! The lady at the front desk supposedly slept through it all. I told her how terrified I'd been and she told me that I would get a refund and the manager would call me later that day. Never happened. Do not stay here! I stayed with a pet and when I went outside at midnight to take him to the bathroom, which by the way there is no grass area to do that, there were lots of cars in the parking lot that weren't staying overnight and drug deals were taking place. The staff knows about this, yet there is no security on premises and the office is closed during the night! I have never stayed at a worse hotel than this one. I'm not sure how they're getting good reviews, they must be paying people!"

"Extremely CLEAN and well decorated room. Beds and pillows are COMFORTABLE! Aircon/heater pleasant to the ears. Wooden floors are AMAZING! Loved it!. The room has all we need: Fridge, Microwave, Cofee, Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion etc… Strong toilet flush and showers. We finally found our SECOND home since we come to this place almost every other week to visit our son. Price is unbeatable! Although, located in between roads, the sounds made it as a white noise:) Highly Recommended hotel!!! Thanks so much Quality Inn & staff for making our stays so memorable!!! "

"Unfortunately, not a good experience. The cleanliness was excellent. Kudos to the staff. Maintenance was a separate issue. The peephole in door had been knocked out and stuffed with paper. The shower valve would not stop the water from dripping. There was no hot water in the shower. There was hot water in the sink which is where I bathed. My room had two queen beds. One bed appeared to have dried blood on the comforter. Even though I had no need for it, the in-room refrigerator was not working. The curtains were torn in several places. Neither of the two toilet paper holders had rods to hold toilet paper. The bathroom fan had no cover in the ceiling. The dresser drawers would not open or close easily. Parking was easy and convenient. Staff very good, I did not use the pool or hot tub. "

"This was our first family trip to California and this house and location did not disappoint. The view was amazing, the house was beautiful and everyone fell in love with it."
